okyplay Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Familiarity with these definitions is important for understanding how okyplay's rules apply to your use of the platform.

By registering an Account on the okyplay platform, by logging in to an existing Account, or by using any service made available through okyplay.club, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read okyplay's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein;
• You have read okyplay's Responsible Gaming policy and acknowledge the risks associated with online gambling;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okyplay. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the okyplay platform.

Access to the okyplay platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement reflects PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling participation in the Philippines. okyplay enforces this requirement strictly through KYC document verification, and any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended and all funds held pending review.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing okyplay from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local or national law.
• Single Account: You may only maintain one active Account on the okyplay platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on okyplay or be registered on any national problem gambling exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number in +63 format, which will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and critical account communications. You must complete KYC verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, Driver's License, UMID, or Passport) before okyplay will process withdrawal requests from your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your okyplay Account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any biometric authentication data used to access your Account. Your obligations include the following:

• You must not share your okyplay Account credentials with any third party, including family members;
• You must not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets, access funds, or transact in any manner;
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP at the earliest opportunity after registration;
• You must notify okyplay's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• You must keep your registered email address and Philippine mobile number current and accessible, as these are used for account verification, transaction confirmations, and security alerts;
• You must ensure that all personal and financial information maintained in your okyplay Account profile remains accurate and up to date.

okyplay will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

All financial transactions on the okyplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okyplay currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven bills payment, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Method availability may change, and okyplay will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction across all supported methods;
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed and credited to your okyplay wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours during banking hours;
• okyplay does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Funds deposited into your okyplay wallet may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of request submission during operational hours (08:00–22:00 PHT);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• okyplay does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard transfer fees may apply;
• okyplay may request additional KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests where required by its compliance obligations;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in Section 6.

okyplay offers promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback, and VIP rewards from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms specified in the applicable promotion description. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your okyplay wallet and are distinct from your real-money balance;
• Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions will be specified in the promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies;
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in individual promotion terms;
• okyplay reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a user from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers;
• Bonuses are valid for use on specified game categories only. Using Bonus Funds on ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Bonus offers are subject to expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will lapse automatically upon expiry without compensation.

okyplay is not obligated to offer any specific bonus to any User, and the availability of promotional offers may vary based on account status, location, and activity history.

Your use of okyplay's casino, sports betting, bingo, and all other gaming services is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support. The following general rules apply across all games and betting markets on okyplay:

• All bets are final once confirmed. okyplay does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where technical errors on okyplay's side have caused an incorrect bet to be placed;
• okyplay uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers for all electronic casino games. All live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in certified studios;
• In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or software error during a live casino round or slot spin, okyplay's standard protocol is to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the User's wallet. No winnings are payable for voided rounds;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on okyplay and may vary by game type, room, or table. Current limits are displayed within each game interface;
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from recognized sporting bodies. okyplay reserves the right to void bets on events where official results are disputed or not confirmed within a reasonable period;
• okyplay may impose betting limits on specific users at any time in accordance with its risk management policies without being required to provide reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okyplay platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person (multi-accounting), including using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to interact with the okyplay platform without human direction;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade financial reporting requirements, or any other activity in violation of anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits made to your okyplay wallet through fraudulent or bad-faith payment disputes;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the okyplay platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Users who discover such errors must report them to okyplay support immediately;
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any person who is under 21 years of age or who is self-excluded from gambling;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or any other applicable legal requirements.

All content on the okyplay platform — including but not limited to the okyplay brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okyplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okyplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any okyplay content without express written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the okyplay platform;
• Use the okyplay brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorization;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the okyplay platform by any means.

Any unauthorized use of okyplay's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okyplay's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the okyplay platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your okyplay wallet at the time the claim arose.

okyplay shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or inability to access account history;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information provided on the okyplay platform, including but not limited to betting tips, odds information, or game strategy guides.

Nothing in these Terms limits okyplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by okyplay's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

okyplay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity, all accessible from your Account settings and effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a 48-hour cooling period;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds. Betting is disabled for the relevant period once the limit is reached;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications at user-defined intervals to track time spent on the platform;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily disable your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. During self-exclusion, you may not register a new Account on okyplay. Requests for self-exclusion take effect within 24 hours of submission.

All players must be 21 years of age or older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. okyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within okyplay's required timeframe;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute in connection with your Account;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward okyplay staff or other players.

Upon Account termination for breach, okyplay may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a PAGCOR regulatory requirement or law enforcement request, the disposition of Account funds will be determined by the applicable legal process.

If your Account is closed for any reason not related to breach or regulatory requirement, okyplay will return your verifiable real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within a reasonable period after completing applicable verification.

okyplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to okyplay's collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data on okyplay include:

• okyplay collects identity, contact, financial, and usage data necessary to provide its services and comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements;
• Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) and with regulatory authorities as required by law;
• okyplay retains your data for the period required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to okyplay's legal retention obligations, by contacting customer support.

okyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication to okyplay.club/terms-conditions. okyplay will provide registered users with advance notice of material changes through their registered mobile number or email address wherever reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the okyplay platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any material change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the okyplay platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and okyplay, you agree to first contact okyplay's customer support team to seek informal resolution. okyplay will endeavor to respond to and resolve all valid complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint submission, either party may escalate the dispute to a competent court or arbitral body in the Philippines. Where a dispute involves a regulated gaming matter, PAGCOR's dispute resolution process may apply in accordance with applicable regulations.
